Steak Tacos with Charred-Corn Salsa

I tried out the 'bake, then sear' method on these steaks and they turned out perfectly! And I loved the pairing of the corn salsa and roasted red pepper sauce.

Soft flour tortillas with a medium-rare sliced sirloin, roasted red pepper sauce, charred-corn salsa and all the fixins.
