I’m on week four of co-hosting Family Fun Friday Link Party! I love seeing all of the foods you’ve shared and cooked, and getting ideas for easy and tasty recipes. Keep sharing, and feel free to spread the word! We make these images long for a reason (So pinnable!) If you are a blogger, share any of the following categories: Recipes, Encouraging Posts for Moms, Family Fun, and Homeschooling. Each week, I choose 6 recipes to feature and pin. This week, I’ve decided to round up some recipes that would be super crowd-pleasers at a potluck party. We had a few potluck dinners in grad school and they were awesome! These recipes look like perfect additions to any potluck partay!
- Savory Pumpkin Hummus from Rebecca at Strength and Sunshine: This is a fall twist on a regular hummus using chickpeas, a few herbs and spices, and some pumpkin puree. It looks like a savory delicious appetizer that wouldn’t last too long at a party.
- Being from the south, gumbo is everywhere. This Easy Texas Gumbo from Duct Tape and Denim takes a shortcut and doesn’t need a roux. And it looks delicious!
- This Creamy Mac and Cheese recipe from Kleinworth & Co. looks like a super crowd pleaser. Galic, sharp cheddar, and BACON? Get to it!
- Joanna at Everyday Made Fresh shared a Peanut Butter and Honey Rice Krispie Treat that would make anyone of any age smile! Only 4 ingredients!
- This Sweet Potato and Sausage Stuffing from Simply Wright is a yummy twist on stuffing that would be a great for a Thanksgiving get-together (or any-time-of-year party!)
- I could live off of COOKIES. This adds another level of awesomeness to the regular chocolate chip cookie — butterscotch chips. View The Stay-At-Home Life’s page to see her Chewy Butterscotch & Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe.
