One of my favorite places to go in college was Buffalo Wild Wings. I was obsessed with boneless wings back then. We’d go on Thursdays for when they had the special. Nowadays, I’ll still get them out on a rare occasion. I still love them. But we can make the sauces just as good at home. And change it up.
Last Super Bowl Sunday, I made about 5 different wing sauces, and we had a Super Wing Day. This was the favorite recipe we had from that day. I’ve made it a few times since, and we made it tonight. It’s the Copycat BWW Parmesan Garlic Sauce. I found it through googling “copycat buffalo wild wings parmesan garlic sauce” and found this recipe.
We served this with our OTHER favorite wing recipe: ANGRY SAUCE!
Here’e the BWW Copycat Garlic Parmesan Sauce Recipe:
What you need (beautiful spice labels from here):
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small baking dish, place the garlic and drizzle with the olive oil. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake 20-25 minutes, until garlic is tender.
While the garlic is baking, mix the remainder of the ingredients, whisking until smooth.
When the garlic is tender, let cool about 5 minutes. Crush into the sauce using a garlic press or mashing with the edge of a knife.
Mix well. Refrigerate a few hours or overnight.
Toss with chicken wings. (I had shredded too much parmesan, so I added it to the end.)
