This is a recipe inspired from a new cookbook I got Greg for Christmas. This book had us laughing like crazy. It’s called Thug Kitchen: The Official Cookbook: Eat Like You Give a F*ck. NSFW cookbook that’s fo sho, but it is from the Thug Kitchen Website (good stuff too!). Good reading & great (healthy) recipes!

And this was the first time I’ve ever made granola… Turned out delicious. I ended up serving with a vanilla Greek yogurt and blueberries. I couldn’t get enough!

- I halved this recipe from the Thug Kitchen cookbook (and a few of the measurements are a bit different from the original, but they don't have to be exact.
