This is a recipe inspired from a new cookbook I got Greg for Christmas. This book had us laughing like crazy. It’s called Thug Kitchen: The Official Cookbook: Eat Like You Give a F*ck. NSFW cookbook that’s fo sho, but it is from the Thug Kitchen Website (good stuff too!). Good reading & great (healthy) recipes!

All of the recipes are healthy and sound delicious, but this is the first one we tried. I had to modify it a little bit, but the inspiration was there! And this was the first time I’ve ever made granola… Turned out delicious. I ended up serving with a vanilla Greek yogurt and blueberries. I couldn’t get enough!
Here’s what you need:
Oats, sunflower seeds, almonds, sliced, maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, salt, and dried cranberries
Here’s how to do it:
- Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Mix oats, sunflower seeds, almonds in one bowl. Dry Ingredients: Almonds, Oats, Sunflower Seeds
- Mix maple syrup, olive oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in another small bowl. Liquid Mixture (Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Olive Oil
- Add liquid mix to dry mix and stir until combined and the dry mix is coated. Season with the salt. Cranberry/Almond/Maple Granola
- Pour mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and place into oven for 40 minutes. Cranberry/Almond/Maple GranolaStir every 10 minutes or so to make sure to cook evenly. Mix cranberries in granola at the end before cooling.
