Here’s is the guacamole also from Curtis Stone’s What’s For Dinner Cookbook. It’s called Guacamole for Lindsay. This is the first guacamole I’ve made that didn’t include onions, and it was a perfect complement to the Korean Steak Tacos.
Here’s what you need (except I forgot the 1/2 jalapeño in this picture!):
All you need to do for this is gently combine all the ingredients in a medium bowl.
Season with salt, and enjoy as a dip or on tacos.
